• Code No. 866 = Under Age 21 refusal with no prior (1 yr suspension with no restriction eligibility).
• Code No. 960 = Under Age 21 zero-tolerance with no prior (1 yr suspension with eligibility for critical need restriction after 30 days).
• Code No. 961 = Under Age 21 zero-tolerance with a prior (1 yr suspension with no restriction eligibility)
• Code No. 966 = First offense excessive BAC with no prior (4 month suspension with restriction eligibility after 30 days).
• Code No. 967 = Second offense with a prior (any prior conviction OR admin suspension with an offense date within the last 10 years) (1 yr suspension with no restriction eligibility).
• Code No. 968 = Refusal with no prior (1 yr suspension with no restriction eligibility).
• Code No. 975 = Refusal with a prior (2 yr suspension with no restriction eligibility).
• Code No. 978 = Refusal with two or more priors (3 yr suspension with no restriction  eligibility)
